Whitecap Engineering is a boutique engineering firm that provides IT and simulation consulting services in the defence domain. It’s founder, Mike Lepard has 20 years of experience delivering solutions to modelling and simulation problems for the RCAF and RCN.

Whitecap specializes in the engineering of distributed simulation infrastructure that supports collective training. This includes the design, development and deployment of simulation software as well as the supporting IT and network systems.
